Official taxi fares in Haute-Savoie / our services
Our prices are set in accordance with the provisions of the prefectural decree on “taxi fares in Haute-Savoie”, which is updated at the beginning of each year.
Consequently, for the same journey under identical conditions (day/time), the fare must be the same regardless of the service provider chosen; the only difference in some cases may be based on the geographical location of the taxi company (possibility of a so-called approach fare in the case of a taxi outside the pick-up or drop-off location).
Kilometer rates vary depending on the type of taxi fare and the time of day (day/night, weekday/Sunday and public holidays).
For a round trip – the customer returns with the taxi to their starting point.
- During the day (8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.), the rate is €1.24 per km (rate A).
- At night, on Sundays, and on public holidays, the rate is €1.86 per km (rate B).
→ For this type of trip, if the customer waits between the outward and return journeys, the taximeter will add the equivalent of €27.70 per hour to the price per kilometer
For a one-way trip with passengers – outward or return journey with no passengers.
- During the day (8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.), the price per kilometer is €2.48 (rate C)
- at night, on Sundays and public holidays, the km = €3.72 (rate D)
PLEASE NOTE:
Tolls for motorway sections used at the customer’s request are added to the price displayed on the meter (taximeter) at the end of the journey.
In general, you will not be charged extra, except for the transport of a 5th, 6th or 7th person, or if a roof box is provided to carry numerous or bulky items of luggage. If you need to transport more than 4 people, which would require the use of a van, please contact us so that we can calculate the cost of the journey.
